...haha yep...you heard it right...
Seems like, every birthday I had is very eventful and many people were always affected one way or another. Oh well, that's my birthday...always wanted to be placed on the spotlight..Well, as for me...I'm happy on my corner...:)
Yesterday, was the fateful day...September 27. They were commemorating the 2nd anniversary of Ondoy...who literally swept away a lot of properties and lives..and here once again..it was joined by another one, Pedring...So what's next...will their brother Q____? continue their legacy?!!! I hope not...
On my 22nd anniversary of being alive yesterday, a lot of people greeted me...Family, Friends and FB friends (not all are known to me...LoL), acquaintances...and fans..JK!..but the sad part is I wasn't able to acknowledge all of them...two words: BLACK OUT!!
Yep, it was really quite frustrating. This was the only thing that I was asking for on my birthday...to be able to surf and click away the whole day because I cannot go out..but NO...they really had to deprive me of this..so another solution?!! Doing my favorite HOBBY!!! :D
This hobby, surprisingly....NOT, is one of my most favorite...SLEEPING!!! Yes!!! If you're bored and there's nothing better to do...then sleep it away on la..la..land...haha...although I'm getting low supply of this these days...
Anyway, I was also thankful to my Tita because although it was on short notice...still she was able to cook some pasta (Fettucini overload the whole day...ROFL) and offered me some Baileys...so all in all t'was a good day despite the circumstances...
I was able to reunite and form deep bonding with my bed during the whole day...with no current in the vicinity..just the pattering sounds of the rain and the howling wind outside...still t'was quite peaceful and nostalgic...
Oh well, at least we were able to survive the day doing nothing..but still it was quite sad in a way because other people were suffering while I'm yammering away about absolutely nothing...well, I'm just hoping that my whole year won't be quite tragic like this..
I'm still thankful for this day because another year was added to my life...

Oh well, life goes on..you just have to deal with it as if your very existence depends on it..which is really the case..
